Jon E. Daskam, President
Jon is responsible for all operations of the company as well as hands-on project design and supervision, client liaison, and sales/marketing activities. Currently Jon sits on the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Hospitality & Tourism Association and is the "Chair Person" for their Allied Council and Membership Services Council. He attended Springfield College and majored in physical education and health fitness.



John Laquale, Vice President/Treasurer
John is responsible for daily operations including budgeting, scheduling, contracts, purchasing, and supervising project management. Prior to founding Cobalt, he was a project manager for several large Boston construction firms. He is a graduate of University of Rhode Island (Kingston) where he earned a bachelor of science degree in civil and environmental engineering.
